Nutrition Seminar Tonight, Monday, July 7!!!
Last Minute Notice: We are having a nutrition seminar for all current bootcampers. Please bring your friends and family with you. We will be having the seminar at Imagination Station's outdoor pavilion in Collegedale, TN. It's all happening tonight, 7/7/08 at 7:15pm.

Thanks for much for having the Nutrition Seminar in our "neck of the woods." The information was very informative and helpful! I used a little bit of coconut oil in our green beans instead of olive oil and it was delicious. My husband even liked it! Thanks for all the great nutrition tips!
